Programming options we presented to our clients. My role was to create alternate plans and blocking diagrams for the clients to review.
Our clients main concern was flexibility for potential growth in the future. They wanted to have options to host parties and hold large meetings.
I wanted to give our clients flexibility to have private and group meeting rooms. The space was about 10 square feet. So we needed to provide enough space to make it flexible.

While finalizing finishes I started the 3d modeling phase via SketchUp to help our team visualize the space I then took the final model and rendered the space via Enscape 3D
