GRAFF - CHICAGO TEMPORARY STORE
114 EAST OAK STREET
In preparation of the demolition and construction of the main jewelry store, the Graff team tasked us to locate and prepare a design and construction documentation for a temporary store located within the Magnificent Mile. This project was a partial “box-in-box” design, in which major architectural components were prefabricated overseas by the millworker and delivered ready for on-site assembly. I supported the documentation of this approach to ensure the prefabricated elements aligned with the approved design and site requirements.
My contributions to the construction documentation included developing the door schedule, hardware specifications, construction plans, reflected ceiling plans, power and data plans and façade details
